What we won't do

Questions
Why is my business already listed?
Listings start from businesses’ own public listings, so people can find you even before you’ve heard of us. We keep only the facts customers need to contact you. Claiming lets you correct and add to them — or email us and we’ll remove the listing.
How do you verify I own the business?
If you have an email address on your business website’s domain, we send a code there and you’re verified in a minute. Otherwise a person checks, usually by calling the number on your listing.
Does paying improve my ranking?
No. Organic results are never sold. Pro makes you eligible for a clearly labelled featured spot above the results when you match the search, and lets you appear in the other areas you actually cover.
Are the numbers in my dashboard real?
Yes — every view, call tap and website click on our site is counted as it happens, with bots and rapid repeats filtered out. We never estimate, extrapolate or round up.
Can I cancel Pro?
Any time, from your dashboard. Pro stays on until the end of the year you paid for, then your listing returns to the free plan — nothing is deleted.
